Our story

S Group was born when an athlete approached us, needing individual and tailored support at a key moment in their journey. We were able to advise the athlete and see the impact of our strategy immediately. We took note and the seeds for S Group were planted.

We have found that each athlete has specific needs, at specific moments that should be delivered in a specific way in order for them to perform at their peak.

The method we use to guide our athletes is based on our extensive expertise and always evolving. We are continually striving for excellence in the care that we can offer. To be involved and educate correctly, and in the right amounts, and at the right time, and for the right purpose, and in the right way for the individual person - that is our passion and is what drives us daily.

The potential for unlocking what an athlete can do through our support, experience, and personal investment was identified as the starting point for the work we do.
